We are looking for a Chief Business Development Officer to launch and develop new business lines in digital marketing services and AdTech products.
This is a business builder–level role with end-to-end ownership — from identifying opportunities and making launch decisions to delivering commercial results and scaling successful initiatives. The role has a direct impact on company growth and revenue.
You will work directly with the CEO, take part in strategic decision-making, and over time have the opportunity to lead independent business units.
Expected Outcomes:
A clear and prioritized portfolio of growth directions (products, services, markets, monetization models) with validated commercial potential
First launched initiatives with initial traction: early revenue, first paying customers, or validated demand
Established experimentation pipeline with fast hypothesis testing and a clear decision-making framework (scale / iterate / stop)
Proven unit economics and validated scalability for key initiatives
A track record of data-driven portfolio decisions: successful initiatives scaled, underperforming ones reworked or discontinued
Initial measurable contribution to company revenue and growth.
Successful initiatives transformed into sustainable business units with defined operating models (processes, metrics, teams, and P&L ownership)
Strong, self-sufficient teams built around key business directions
Significant contribution to revenue growth and diversification of business streams
