We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion across LATAM with an immediate focus on Colombia. This is a true startup opportunity within an established global agency – you'll be starting in an early-stage market with strong global support and proven solutions.


Your mission is to help launch and scale Magnetto.com in LATAM by building a healthy pipeline from the ground up, forging strategic partnerships, and closing deals for our unique Telegram Ads and multi-channel performance solutions.


If you have a proven track record in complex advertising solutions and digital marketing, and thrive on the challenge of establishing a new market, this role is for you!


Your impact:

  • Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies in Colombia
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with brands, agencies, and creators
  • Sell Telegram-based performance solutions, including ads, mini-apps, and tg-bots
  • Localize go-to-market plays and coordinate with our global team
  • Represent Magnetto.com at events and in online communities

What you bring:

  • 3+ years in Sales or Business Development in digital, SaaS, media, or marketing
  • Strong network and market knowledge in Colombia (experience with other LATAM countries is a heavy plus)
  • Proven track record against targets and in long-term partnerships
  • Native Spanish and solid business English for global communication
  • Data-driven mindset to identify and scale growth opportunities
