Partner Manager (LATAM)

We're looking for a Partner Manager to own and grow our relationships with large advertising agencies across Latin America. You'll be the primary point of contact for our LATAM agency partners — building trust, driving performance, and expanding business outcomes on both sides.

 

This is a high-ownership role. You'll work directly with decision-makers at partner agencies, navigate complex deals, and make sure every campaign we run together delivers real, measurable results. What you'll do:

Partner Success & Account Management

  • Own day-to-day relationships with existing agency partners: negotiations, business reviews, task management, and formal correspondence
  • Onboard and train partners on Magnetto.com's products, capabilities, and Telegram Ads inventory
  • Support campaign analysis, optimization, and performance improvement for partner and client accounts
  • Monitor payment flows and ensure timely closing of reporting periods

Growth & Commercial Ownership

  • Take ownership of financial KPIs across your portfolio: revenue growth, margins, and campaign scale
  • Actively develop existing partnerships — identify upsell opportunities, expand scope, and deepen strategic relationships
  • Drive proactive outreach to strengthen partner engagement and maximize long-term value

Operations & Team Support

  • Assist with the operational organization of the partnerships team
  • Be available for urgent partner matters outside standard hours when needed (this happens occasionally, not constantly)

What we are looking for:

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Partner Manager at a digital advertising agency
  • Understanding of the LATAM digital advertising landscape — how agencies operate, how budgets move, and what drives decisions in key markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or Chile
  • Existing network of contacts within LATAM advertising agencies or media buying teams
  • Hands-on experience managing partners or clients in performance marketing (Telegram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter/X Business, or similar platforms)
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics
  • Experience with analytics and attribution tools: Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar
  • Spanish at professional or native level — you'll be managing strategic relationships entirely in Spanish
  • English at B2 level or above — for internal communication and documentation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — you can hold your ground in a complex deal and build trust with senior agency stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience working in or with a specific LATAM market — Brazil (Portuguese a plus), Mexico, Colombia, or the Southern Cone
  • Proven track record in new partner acquisition or business development
  • Familiarity with ad account interfaces: Telegram Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager
  • Experience in FinTech, Crypto, Gaming, or App verticals — key growth sectors for our LATAM partners

Chief Business Development Officer

We are looking for a Chief Business Development Officer to launch and develop new business lines in digital marketing services and AdTech products.

 

This is a business builder–level role with end-to-end ownership — from identifying opportunities and making launch decisions to delivering commercial results and scaling successful initiatives. The role has a direct impact on company growth and revenue.

 

You will work directly with the CEO, take part in strategic decision-making, and over time have the opportunity to lead independent business units.
