We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion across MENA with an immediate focus on Egypt. This is a true startup opportunity within an established global agency – you'll be starting at an early-stage market with strong global support and proven product-market fit.
Your mission is to help launch and scale Magnetto.com in MENA by building a healthy pipeline from the ground up, forging strategic partnerships, and closing deals for our unique Telegram Ads and multi-channel performance solutions.

Your impact:
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies in Egypt
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brands, agencies, and creators
- Sell Telegram-based performance solutions, including ads, mini-apps, and tg-bots, tailored to local market needs
- Localize go-to-market plays and coordinate with our global team
- Represent Magnetto.com at events and in online communities
What you bring:
- 3+ years in Sales or Business Development in digital, SaaS, media, or marketing
- Strong network and market knowledge in Egypt (experience across MENA or GCC is a strong plus)
- Proven ability to build relationships and close complex deals with long sales cycles
- Fluent Arabic (Egyptian dialect) and confident business English
- Ability to identify growth opportunities through market insight, relationships, and data
